Position Summary:

  • Be open and ready to assist customers and help them to make healthy food choices;
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet Co-op objectives for customer service, sales, margin, labor costs, product mix, marketing and physical plant maintenance;
  • Function as a member of a cooperative team, maintain good morale and foster Co-op values.
